独立学院应用技术型投资人才培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of Applied Technology Investment Talents in Independent Colleges

在我国高校转型发展的大趋势下,独立学院投资学专业人才培养要突出特色,才能在激烈的竞争中实现持续发展,因此研究独立学院应用技术型投资人才培养的问题具有现实意义。本文在分析独立学院应用技术型投资人才培养中存在的过分依托母体、课程设置不合理、协同育人理念缺乏等问题的基础上,提出了走特色办学道路、优化课程体系、积极推进协同育人等改革建议。

Under the background of transformation of universities,the future education of investment major in independent colleges must gain their own advantages. This paper pointed out that the current independent college education has many shortcomings,including unreasonable curriculum, a lack of cooperative education concept, relying too much on the parent school. This paper gave some solutions, such as highlighting features, upgrading the curriculum, actively promoting the cooperative education concept and so on.
