Analysis and Research on Teaching Supervision in Higher Vocational Education: A Case Study on Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology

江苏信息职业技术学院本着系部推荐、学院聘任的原则,聘请业务能力精、政治素养高、沟通能力强、责任心强的教师和工程技术人员,形成一支结构合理的督导队伍。以高职教育和培养目标为指导思想,以国家示范及省级示范高职院校建设文件为准则,紧密联系我院高职教育教学的实际,认真履行督导工作职责,继续贯彻以督、导结合,重点在"导"的原则,配合学院做好省示范建设工作。

In line with the principle of department recommendation and college appointment, Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology has employed capable teachers, engineers and technicians with high political quality, strong ability of communication and a strong sense of responsibility, and they have formed a supervision team with a rational structure. With higher vocational education and its cultivation objectives as the guiding thought, and the documents for national demonstration and provincial demonstration higher vocational college construction as the guideline, closely combining with the practical situation of higher vocational education and teaching in our college, they seriously carry out their supervisory duties, and continuously implement the principle of supervision-guidance combination and focusing on ＂guidance＂, in order to assist the college in constructing a provincial demonstration college.
