On the background of constructing safety responsibility management system in laboratories of colleges and universities, it is of great significance to research the legal responsibility of safety management in laboratories of colleges and universities.The legal responsibility of safety management in laboratories of colleges and universities mainly has three types： civil liability,administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility.
