论新媒体视阈下高校创业就业教育创新研究

Research on the Innovation of University Entrepreneurship and Employment Education from the Perspective of New Media

2013年11月,党的十八届三中全会提出,在推进社会事业改革创新中要深化教育领域综合改革,健全促进就业创业体制机制,对高校创业就业教育改革工作提出了全面、深入的要求。随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,新媒体作为一种新兴的媒体形式,给当代大学生创业就业教育带来了新的机遇,也带来了更大的挑战。本文以新媒体视阈下高校创业就业教育创新模式为研究目的,分析新时期下高校创业就业教育面临的机遇和挑战,对新媒体视阈下高校创业就业教育模式创新进行探讨,提出树立新理念、构筑新阵地、建设新团队等有效措施,全面提升高校创业就业教育的效果。

In November 2013, the Third Plenary Session of the18 thCentral Committee of the CPC pointed out that, in promoting the reform and innovation of the social undertaking, we should deepen the comprehensive reform in the education field, perfect and promote the employment and entrepreneurship system. This has proposed a comprehensive and deep requirement for the reform of university entrepreneurship and employment education.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,new media, as a new form of media, has brought both new opportunities and bigger challenges to the entrepreneurship and employment education of contemporary university students. With the innovation mode of university entrepreneurship and employment education from the perspective of new media as the research objective, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of university entrepreneurship and employment education in the new period, explores the innovation mode of university entrepreneurship and employment education, proposes some effective measures, such as establishing new ideas, constructing new positions and building new teams, so as to comprehensively improve the effect of university entrepreneurship and employment education.
