硕士研究生就业压力、成就动机与择业效能感的关系研究

Research on the Relationship among Employment Pressure, Achievement Motivation and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy of Postgraduates

本文采用择业效能感简式量表、大学生就业压力问卷和成就动机量表(AMS),对415名硕士研究生进行调查,探讨硕士研究生就业压力、成就动机和择业效能感之间的关系。结果表明硕士研究生的就业压力和成就动机对择业效能感具有一定的预测作用。

Questionnaires were carried out on 415 postgraduates with the Revised Short Scale, Employment Pressure Questionnaire for College Students and Achievement Motivation Scale（AMS） to explore the relationship among postgraduates＇ employment pressure, achievement motivation and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy（CDMSE）, and to provide rational suggestions for them on career selection. The result shows that employment pressure and achievement motivation could predict CDMSE.
