摘要
党的十八大报告提出"要努力办好人民满意的教育","要推动实现更高质量的就业"。本文结合国内外研究成果,以顾客满意理论为逻辑起点,以政府部门、南京理工大学近三年毕业生及用人单位为现实基础,采用层次分析法(AHP法),遴选资深专家,初步设计了三方满意度视角下高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,为科学、客观、全面评价高校毕业生就业质量提供思路与方法,为高校毕业生就业指导工作提供理论参考与经验借鉴。
The report of 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China-proposed "to do a good job in education with people's satisfaction" and "to achieve higher employment quality". Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper takes the customer satisfaction theory as its logical starting point, takes government departments, graduates of Nanjing University of Science and Technology and employers in recent three years as its reality basis, uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select experienced experts, and preliminarily designs the employment quality evaluation index system of college graduates under the perspective of tripartite satisfaction, to provide new ideas and methods for the employment quality evaluation scientifically, objectively and comprehensively, and to provide theoretical reference and experience for college graduates' employment guidance.
