摘要
变压器内绝缘在老化期间会产生不同产物,它们与聚合度有非常密切的关联。为研究这种关系,在实验室中通过对材料进行处理;并分别开展实验测量油酸值、糠醛、油中溶解的CO和聚合度随老化时间的变化情况;通过提取新特征量,得出老化产物和聚合度之间的对应关系。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,油酸值、糠醛和油中溶解的CO均会相应增多,而聚合度值则不断下降;提取老化时间10、20、30、45、60、70 d为特征参量,得出三种老化产物和聚合度之间的密切关系;为以后通过老化产物精确评估变压器油纸老化能力准备条件。
Transformer' s insulation system would produce different products during aging, they have a very close relationship to polymerization. To study this relationship, processing of , acid value, the tests about dissolved in oil and furfural, CO degree changes with aging time was carried out and the materials were managed in the laborato- ry. The corresponding relationship between aging products and degree of polymerization was got through the extrac- tion of new features. Results showed that: the acid value, furfural, CO dissolved in oil were increased with the in- crease of aging time, but the degree of polymerization decreased. The close relationship between three kinds of aging products and the degree of polymerization were obtained by getting the characteristic parameters of aging time from 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, 70 days. This study would provide a condition for precise assessing transformer oil-paper ag- ing degree in the future.
