摘要
专业情意素养是当前教师专业发展的重要内容和不竭动力。幼儿教师专业情意素养的优化不仅可以推动幼教事业健康发展,而且可以满足幼儿教师自身发展的需求,促进幼儿的心智发展。幼儿教师情意素养的优化策略,内因上,需要教师个人的努力和自我调适;外因上,需要营造和谐的工作氛围,加强专业学习的合理性。
Professional cordiality quality is an important content and an inexhaustible motive force for teachers' professional de- velopment at present. The optimization of preschool teachers' professional cordiality quality can not only promote the healthy development of preschool education, but also meet the need of preschool teacher's individual development and promote young children's mental development. To optimize the professional cor- diality quality of preschool teachers, on the one hand, teachers themselves should make efforts and adjust themselves, and on the other hand, a harmonious atmosphere for teachers' work should be established and the rationality of professional learning should be enhanced.
