摘要 培养学生的研究性学习能力的同时,激发教师的参与热情和动力,是培养创新型人才的可持续化发展道路。本论文介绍了我们课题组基于WYP研究型教学模式(基于五步法研究型立体化教学平台的研究型教学模式)在创新型人才培养方面的探索实践。以人才培养为主线,将高校本科教学纳入学术范畴,将教学和科研相结合,不仅提高了学生的研究性学习能力,也激发了教师的教学兴趣和动力。本研究可为今后进一步发展和完善WYP型教学模式和人才培养模式提供参考。 Inspiring the motivation of teachers and improving the research-oriented study ability of college students are two signif- icant aspects in training students towards creative talents. This paper introduces the practices in our group based on the WYP teaching model. In this research, aiming at the training of talented students, the scholar activities and the teaching activities of teachers were integrated. This approach not only improved the research-oriented study ability of college students, but also pro- moted the teaching motivation of teachers. This research thus is useful to the development of WYP teaching model, and the train- ing of talented students.
