摘要
本文在充分调研国内外核能发展现状、核工程与核技术人才市场需求以及该专业人才培养现状的基础上,结合三峡大学办学特色以及学科优势,对三峡大学核工程与核技术专业人才培养目标、课程设置、实验室建设、实习实践基地建设以及师资队伍建设等方面进行了较深入分析和探讨。在此基础上,经过多次修订与完善,最终形成了"在保证核工程与核技术专业自身特点的基础上,融入更多的机械特色"的2015版三峡大学核工程与核技术人才培养方案,从而探索出适合三峡大学核工程与核技术专业人才培养模式。
Based on a full investigation on the current situation of nuclear development at home and abroad, the market demand for nuclear engineering and technology talents and the current situa- tion of talent cultivation in the major, combined with the school-running characteristics and discipline advantages of Chi- na Three Gorges University, this paper makes an in-depth analy- sis and exploration on the talent cultivation objectives, curriculum setting, laboratory construction, practice base construction and teaching staff construction in Nuclear Engineering and Technology Major of China Three Gorges University. Based on the above and after several times of revisions and perfections, the Version 2015 cultivation scheme of Nuclear Engineering and Technology Major of China Three Gorges University finally formed, namely, "integrating more mechanical characteristics based on guaran- teeing the characteristics of Nuclear Engineering and Technology Major". And thus a cultivation mode suitable for our university was explored.
