摘要
来自不同省份、不同行业、具有不同性质的企业在招聘时要求人才不仅具有专业技能素质,更要具有人文素质。企业需要的人才的"人文素质"包括责任心强、具有团队合作精神、人际沟通能力强、勤奋好学上进心强、诚实守信用、吃苦耐劳、对企业忠诚、爱岗敬业、工作周密细心、有创新能力等。而目前高职人才存在着"缺乏吃苦耐劳精神"、"缺乏诚信"、"不能踏实地工作"、"交往能力差"、"目光不够远"等一些问题。高职院校在进行人才培养改革时,既要注重人才专业技能素质的提高,也要注重人才人文素质的提高。为此,高职院校应实施"人文素质教育工程",加强校企合作,将人文素质教育与企业文化熏陶对接起来。
Enterprises of different industries and properties from different provinces require not only professional skills but also humanistic quality when they are employing workers. The "humanistic quality" includes a strong sense of responsibility, team- work spirit, a strong ability of interpersonal communication, diligence and ambition, integrity and honesty, being able to ensure hard work, being faithful to the company, cherishing the post and devoting wholeheartedly, being careful with working, innovative ability, etc. But the current higher vocational talents have some problems, such as "lacking the spirit of enduring hard work", "lacking integrity", "being unable to work earnestly", "poor com- munication ability", "narrow mindedness", etc. In the reform of talent cultivation, higher vocational colleges should not only pay attention to the improvement of professional skills, but also attach importance to the improvement of humanistic quality. To this end, higher vocational colleges should implement "humanistic quality education project", enhance college-enterprise cooperation, and combine humanistic quality education with enterprise culture edification.
