光电子技术专业中职与高职“3+3”分段培养的研究

摘要 本文分析了目前中职与高职"3+3"分段培养的必要性以及研究开展的思路。以本校光电子技术专业为例,深入阐述了光电产业背景与人才需求、分段培养人才培养方案设计、分段培养转段升学条件的制订、分段培养教学组织实施以及教学保障措施的建设,逐步形成了"3+3"分段培养的成熟体系。 The necessity of "3+3" staged cultivation of secondary vocational and higher vocational education and the idea of re- search development have been discussed in the article. Taking optoelectronic technology major of our college as an example, in- dustry background and talent demand of optoelectronic technolo- gy, design of staged cultivation talent training scheme, formula- tion of staged cultivation entrance conditions, implementation of staged cultivation teaching and construction of teaching safeguard measures have been elaborated. Mature system of "3+3" staged cultivation was gradually formed.
