摘要
党的十八大报告将"立德树人"作为教育的根本任务,为新形势下加强和改进大学生的教育、管理工作指明了努力的方向,然而,以"他律"为主的传统大学班级结构模式已经无法满足学生全面发展的需要,为此,高校学生工作者要不断创新工作思路,积极拓展育人路径。本文以培育和增强大学生主体能动性为根本方向,以组织设计理论的先进成果为基础,优化大学生班级组织结构的设计,推动学生的自我完善,为"立德树人"根本目标的实现创造有益的组织环境。
The report to the 18th National Congress of the Commu- nist Party of China takes "moral establishment and talent cultiva- tion" as the fundamental task of education, having pinpointed a direction for enhancing and improving the education and man- agement of university students. However, the "heterono- my-based" traditional model of university class structure can no longer meet the need of students' comprehensive development. To this end, university students' workers should continuously inno- vate their ideas in work, actively expand ways of education. With cultivating and enhancing university students' subjective initia- tive as the essential direction, based on the advanced results of organization design theory, this paper optimizes the design of class organization and structure for university students, and pro- motes students' self-management, so as to create a beneficial or- ganization environment for realizing the primary objective of "moral establishment and talent cultivation".
