安置型社区是我国城市化的产物,随着城市化进程的加快,安置型社区在城市社区中的比重不断增加,其在建设和管理中的矛盾和问题大量显现,成为政府和学界广泛关注的问题。充分发挥安置型社区在农民市民化、流动人口的社会融入、失地农民再就业和社会保障等方面的功能和作用,促进拆迁安置型社区向成熟的城市社区转型,是全面提高社区管理水平的重要选择,也是一个城市迈向现代化的必由之路。

The resettlement community is the product of urbanization in China, with the acceleration of the process of urbaniza- tion, the proportion of resettlement community in the city community is increasing. The large number of problems in the con- struction and management make the government and the academic community concern. Making the resettlement community play a role in the farmers＇ urbanization, floating population and social integration is necessary. It is not only an important choice to improve the level of community management, but also the road to modernization for a city.
