A Comparative Study on University Stakeholders' Co-governance and Its Enlightenment

知识演进与社会变迁的相互作用促使大学利益相关者日趋世俗与多样,必然要求大学治理结构主体来源的多元化,国外高校共同治理的成功案例也为我国高等教育改革提供了理论指导和实践经验。因此,构建我国现代大学制度、形成高等教育治理体系,必须尽快建立多方利益相关者共同参与的治理结构。

In the process of the interaction with the knowledge evolution and the social change,the university stakeholders become increasingly secular and diversified,which requires that the subject structure of the university governance should also be diversified. Some successful co-governed cases of colleges and universities abroad provide a theoretical guidance and some practical experiences for the higher education innovation of our country. Therefore,a co-governed structure of multi-stakeholders should be established for building a modern university system and forming a higher education governance system.
