A Research on the Information Communication Mechanism of Postgraduate Teaching Supervision

研究生教学督导工作贯穿研究生的整个培养过程。教学督导组深入研究生管理工作第一线,将工作中获得的信息以及信息分析结果、信息整理意见交互传递给管理部门、教师和研究生三个层级,对督导过程中发现的问题进行有效指导并加以解决。为了保证督导过程中数据采集的精准性,问题分析的针对性,信息反馈的及时性以及工作执行的有效性,就要建立信息沟通机制,包括信息反馈机制、信息共享机制、信息保障机制和信息评价机制。信息沟通机制能够保障教学督导信息沟通系统的良性运行,促进督导对象的自我调整与完善,提高研究生课程学习、科学研究与学位论文建设,最终提高研究生培养质量。

The postgraduate teaching supervision runs through the complete process of cultivating postgraduates. The teaching supervision group is involved into the postgraduate management,in which the information collected,the analysis results of it,and the exchanged opinions are delivered to the management department,the teacher,and the students. Then the problems existing in the process are to be solved. For ensuring the precision of data acquisition in supervision,the pertinence of specific problems,the timeliness of information feedback and the effectiveness of the execution of the work,it is necessary to establish the information communication mechanism,including the information feedback mechanism,the information sharing mechanism,the information safeguard mechanism and the information evaluation system. The information communication mechanism can guarantee the benign operation of the information communication system in teaching supervision,promote the supervised students to adjust and develop themselves,improve their study,their scientific research and their academic dissertation,and ultimately improve the cultivation quality of postgraduate students.
