普通高校文科学报的栏目策划——以教育部“名栏工程”为中心

On Column Planning of Liberal Arts Edition of University Journals: The Outstanding-Column-Project-Centered Program of the Ministry of Education

特色栏目策划是高校文科学报改革和发展的必由途径。文章以教育部"名栏工程"建设为研究起点,梳理了教育部"名栏工程"建设的基本进程。分析了入选"名栏工程"高校学报具有的专业性强,特色鲜明;地域选择性强,学术影响力大等优点。并从专业化是地方高校文科学报的发展趋势;植根于当地的地域和文化传统;结合主办学校实际,以热点问题作为栏目研究重点等三个方面提出了栏目策划的思考和建议。

Planning and designing some columns with distinctive features is a gateway for liberal arts edition of university journals on their way of reforming and developing. Taking the ＂Outstanding Column Project＂program of the Ministry of Education as a starting point for the present study,the author first makes a summary of the basic process of the ＂Outstanding Column Project＂program,and analyzes its advantages and finds that the selected ＂Outstanding Column Project＂university journals are all extremely professional with distinctive features,such as the distinctive specialty,the regional selectivity,and the profound academic influence. Finally,the author proposes some suggestions for column planning and designing from 3 aspects,namely,the specialization,which is the development trend of liberal arts edition of university journals; keeping a foothold on the local geographical and cultural traditions,and focusing on the university present situation and hot issues studied as the keynote of the column.
