摘要
依托2013年维修工程调研了贵清公路的交通荷载、气候条件、路面结构、病害类型及分布,总结了维修工程的方案、筑路材料以及质量、安全和进度。研究表明:长期维护施工使路面结构复杂化,路面总厚度较原设计增加超过10.5 cm;重车分布主导了贵清公路的病害分布,而路基干湿状况对局部病害面积有控制性作用;二灰碎石基层强度丧失与路基潮湿是贵清公路路面病害的直接内因;路基病害位置的路面补强寿命较短,维修质量与维修投入的矛盾决定维修工程的寿命;维修施工的混合料开放式降温历时较长,料温设计矛盾突出,建议添加温拌剂。
The traffic loads,weather condition,pavement structure,type and distribution of disease,maintenance design,paving materials,quality,safety and progress were surveyed,which relied on 2013 Gui-Qing highway maintenance engineering. Results showed that pavement structure became complex after long-term maintenance and its total thickness increased more than 10. 5cm compared with the original design. The distribution of heavy vehicles dominated the distribution of the disease,and wet and dry conditions of subgrade controlled the quantity of disease area. Fly-ash macadam strength loss and subgrade moisture was the direct internal factor of Gui-Qing highway disease. Reinforce pavement upon deep subgrade disease had a shorter life. Contradiction between maintenance investment and maintenance quality decided the life of maintenance works. Open cooling of mixture lasts longer in maintenance engineering,and contradictions of mixture temperature design was prominent,which could be solved by adding warm mix agent.
