化工工艺危险性分级方法研究现状与展望 被引量:2

摘要 分析了物质危险性与化工工艺危险性分级研究的现状,介绍了物质危险性分级方法中GHS分级法、NFPA分级法、OSHA-HCS分级法和HMIS分级法的主要特点,以及工艺危险性分级方法中的十六分法、道化学法、蒙德法、单元危险性快速排序法和保护层法的基本特征。分析对比了几种物质危险性分级方法和化工工艺危险性分级方法的优缺点,讨论了其适用范围。基于对各分级方法的分析提出了专用于化工工艺危险性分级方法的研究思路。 This paper analyzes the research status of rating method for material hazards and chemical process hazards.It introduces the main characteristics of different rating methods for material hazards including GHS,NFPA,OSHA-HCS and HMIS.The paper also presents the main features of different rating methods for chemical hazards covering Sixteenth method,Dow' s index of fire and explosion hazard,Mond process,unit risk quick sort method and protective layer method.It also analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several different rating methods for material hazards and chemical process hazards and discusses their scope of application.Based on the analysis of different rating methods,the paper presents research ideas for chemical process hazard rating exclusively.
