摘要
为了实时监测钻井井架在钻井作业各个环节的应力,研制了在役石油井架安全预警系统,设计了长期监测应变传感器和数据采集模块,并进行了稳定性试验和线性度测定;编制了控制系统软件,各硬件和软件的稳定性均能满足监测系统设计需要。该预警系统在钻井井架进行了安装对比试验,与传统应变片检测的应力值相差在5%以内,实时监测数据满足工程测试的设计要求。
In order to carry out real-time monitoring of the stresses on different links of drilling operation in drilling derrick,oil derrick safety warning system is developed.Long-term monitoring strain sensors and data acquisition module are designed.Stability and linearity are tested.Control system software is compiled;the stability of the hardware and software can meet the needs of monitoring system design.Through the installation comparative test of the warning system and traditional strain gauge test,the difference of stress value is within 5%.Realtime monitoring data can meet the design requirements of engineering testing.
