加强天然气输气站防雷安全的技术措施 被引量:1

TECHNICAL MEASURES FOR STRENGTHENING ANTI-LIGHTNING SAFETY AT GAS TRANSMISSION STATION

摘要 在开展输气站设计建设时,综合分析选址地区的气象条件、雷暴分布特征、地闪密度分布、雷电流特征、地闪变化规律及土壤电阻率,采用人员生命损失风险R1、经济价值损失风险R4结果与实际勘察相结合的分析方法,严格针对输气站工艺系统、阴保系统、电气系统、自控通信系统防雷特点重点开展防雷设计与建设,综合选用避雷塔、接闪器、接闪带、引下线、避雷器、电涌保护器、金属屏蔽、接地等多种防护措施,加强输气站直击雷防护、闪电感应防护、等电位连接、设备接地及接地装置的防腐防锈水平,有助于提高输气站平稳安全运行。 When designing a natural gas transmission station,a comprehensive analysis shall be made on the selected site.And such factors as the weather conditions,distribution features of thunderstorm,lighting density,features of lightning current,change rules of the cloudto-ground lighting and specific resistance of soil shall be taken into consideration.The analysis methods combine the results from the risk of life loss R1,risk of economic loss R4 with those from actual reconnaissance and survey.Design and construction of lightning protection shall be the focus based on the lighting protection characteristics of process system,cathodic protection system,electric system,automatic control and communication system.Various protective measures are taken such as lightning tower,air termination,lightning strip,ground lead,lightning arrester,surge protector,metallic shield and grounding and so forth.It is helpful to improve the smooth and safe operation of natural gas transmission station to strengthen the lightning protection system(LPS),prevention of lightning induced over-voltages,equipotential connection,equipment ground and anticorrosion and antirust of devices.
