摘要
通过运用项目全过程硫平衡分析方法,对独山子石化公司炼油厂50万t/a酸性水汽提装置进行研究,依据工艺流程将全装置分为预处理单元、汽提分凝单元和氨精制单元,以便于进行全装置的硫转移关系以及硫平衡分析,探索硫的去向和分布。根据全装置硫平衡分析结果,并结合国内外先进清洁生产技术用于指导装置实际生产,为降低装置硫损失,实现硫的高效资源化提供数据支持。
An analysis method for sulfur balance during the overall process of a project is adopted to carry out a study on the 500,000 tons/year sour water stripper unit in the Refinery of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company.Based on the technological process,the whole unit is divided into pretreatment unit,stripping segregation unit and ammonia refining unit.This is clone to facilitate the sulfur transfer and sulfur balance analysis and explore the whereabouts and distribution of sulfur in the whole unit.The actual production of the unit is guided according to the analysis results of sulfur balance of the whole unit with the combination of advanced clean production technologies at home and abroad.This provides data support for the reduction of sulfur loss from the unit and realize the efficient utilization of sulfur.
