习近平“全面从严治党”思想的战略思维——“打铁还需自身硬”的理论内涵与战略特征

The Strategic Layout of Xi Jinping's Thought of “Comprehensively Strengthen Party Discipline”——Theoretical Connotations and Characteristics of the Proposition:“To Address Problems, We Must First of All Conduct Ourselves Honorably”

"全面从严治党",是习近平治国理政的重大战略思想之一,"打铁还需自身硬"是"全面从严治党"战略思想富有个性的标志性用语。本文围绕习近平"全面从严治党"的战略定位和意义、治党先治吏(全面从严治党的战略重点)、聚焦作风建设(全面从严治党的战略切入点)、制度治党(全面从严治党的战略支持)等四个方面,从战略思维、思想方法论角度全面论述了习近平的党建思想。文章认真梳理了党的十八大以来习近平同志的有关重要论述,并结合他的地方从政经验和领导党的群众路线教育实践活动的新鲜经验等实践,多维度地深化这一重大思想的丰富内涵,对于学习贯彻全面从严治党思想具有一定理论价值和实践意义。

Comprehensively strengthen Party discipline is one of Xi Jinping＇s most significant strategic layout with the slogan ＂To address problems, we must first of all conduct ourselves honorably.＂ This paper studies four major aspects of Xi Jinping＇s thoughts on Party construction, including strengthening the management of officials（strategic priority of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline）, the construction of work styles（strategic entry-point of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline） and running the Party in accordance with the existing laws（strategic support of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline）. The paper has presented Xi Jinping＇s important statements since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Combined with an analysis of Xi Jinping＇s experience in governing the country and the practice in promoting the mass line, the paper makes a multi-dimensional study on the connotations of Xi＇s thought, which has great theoretical value and practical significance for running the Party with strict discipline.
