A Historical Study on the Rule of Law with Chinese Characteristics

道路决定命运,道路引领方向。中国特色社会主义法治道路经过了漫长的历史探索过程,在这个历史进程中,曾有过探索的一次热潮,形成了三座里程碑:一座是"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家";二座是全面推进依法治国,法治是治国理政的基本方式;三座是坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系。与此同时,从四个方面对中国特色社会主义法治道路进行思考。

Pointing out the way forward, the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics places significant impact on the process of socialist modernization in China. Three notable landmarks had been initiated during the exploration process of rule of law, including governing the socialist society according to law, the advancement of the rule of law and its important position in national strategic plans and the adherence to the rule of law. The paper makes a historical study on four aspects of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
