摘要
门静脉癌栓是影响原发性肝细胞癌患者预后的重要因素之一。本文通过综述原发性肝细胞癌合并门静脉癌栓的发病机制、临床诊断特点及综合治疗进展,以便为临床治疗提供有效参考。
Portal vein tumor thrombus is one of the important factors that affect the prognosis of patients with primary liver carcinoma. This paper reviews the pathogenesis of primary hepatic carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus, clinical diagnosis and comprehensive treatment progress, so as to provide effective reference for clinical treatment.
