民工子女学校少先队员养成教育的探索与实践

摘要 由于民工子女学校教师的流动性较大,学生的生活环境较差,家庭教育相对缺失等多种因素,外来务工人员子女在行为习惯、学习习惯等养成教育方面表现较为欠缺。为推进基础教育的整体化,进行优质教育的全覆盖,需要对基础教育薄弱环节之一的民工子女学校少先队员进行养成教育的探索和实践。通过加强对民工子女学校少先队组织的规范化建设,进一步提升少先队组织的管理能力;通过开展各种行之有效的少先队主题教育活动,培养队员良好的行为习惯;通过建立一套覆盖辅导员、少先队员以及家委会等各方面群体的科学合理的评价机制,激发队员对养成教育的自主参与性;通过高度重视家访等联系队员家长的渠道建设,形成学校教育和家庭教育对少先队员养成教育的协同促进作用。 The larger mobility of teachers in schools for children of migrant workers, poorer living environment and relative lack of family education cause children of migrant workers behave not so well on behavioral and learning habit. Exploration and practice on young pioneers' forming education which is week link in schools for children of migrant workers is necessary for the sake of improving basic education integration and high quality education's full coverage. Specifically, we should promote the management ability of the young pioneers organizations by strengthening the standardized organization building in schools for children of migrant workers, cultivate young pioneers' good habits of behavior by carrying out kinds of thematic education activities, stimulate young pioneers' self-determined participation in forming education by setting up scientific assessment system that involve counselor, young pioneers, parents and all the related groups, and form the synergistic role of school education and home education in young pioneers' forming education by building channels of contacting the parents, such as attching great importance to home visits.
