农村青年情绪智力与心理弹性的关系——以海南省为例

The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Resilience of Rural Youth——Taking Hainan as an Example

农村青年情绪智力与心理弹性的关系很少受到关注,因此研究采用情绪智力量表和心理弹性量表对海南省747名农村青年进行测评,发现农村青年情绪智力和心理弹性总体水平较低。两个量表总得分及维度之间在性别、婚姻、区域、经济条件等因素上均差异显著,即男性比女性的得分高,已婚的比未婚的高,外出务工的比在家务农的高,城郊的比偏远农村的高。情绪智力及其各个维度与心理弹性及其各个维度之间呈显著正相关,且情绪智力可以正向预测心理弹性。

Relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience of rural youth has received little attention. A total of 747 rural youth were tested with emotional intelligence and resilience scale in the research. The results showed that the overall level of emotional intelligence and resilience of rural youth are relatively low. The total score and dimensions score such as gender, marriage, region, economic condition factors are significantly different between emotional intelligence and resilience. Males scored higher than females, the married scored higher than the unmarried, migrant workers scored higher than farming at home, youths on the outskirts scored higher than ones living in remote rural areas. Emotional intelligence, resilience and their each dimensions have significantly positive correlation, and emotional intelligence can positively predict resilience.
