早期乳腺肿瘤疾病的保乳手术治疗

Breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer disease

目的探讨早期乳腺癌采用保留乳房手术治疗的可行性。方法选取汉中市中心医院2008—05—2010—05收治的旱期乳腺癌患者62例，随机分为对照组（30例，给予改良根治术治疗）和观察组（32例，保乳手术治疗），比较两组治疗效果。结果两组分别在1、2和5年的生存率、局部复发率、远处转移率差异均无统计学意义，P〉O．05。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效与改良根治术疗效相当，可作为早期乳腺癌的首选治疗手段。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer treatment is fea- sible. METHODS The hospital in May 2008 between May 2010 admitted 62 patients with early breast cancer clinical data were randomly divided into two groups （30 patients received modified radical mastectomy） and the observation group （32 cases, breast-conserving surgery）, were compared treatment. RESULTS The two groups were in survival rates one year, three years, five years, local recurrence and distant metastasis rates were not significantly different, does not have a statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION breast-conserving surgery for early stage breast cancer with therapeutic equivalence with modified radical mastectomy, can be used as the preferred treatment for early breast cancer.
