儿童髁突骨折的临床治疗

Odservation on the curative effect of nor-surgical treatment of pediatric condylar fractury

目的探讨儿童髁突骨折的治疗。方法选取2005一01—201201我院及河北省眼科IS．院收治的儿童髁突骨折32例，年龄2～12岁。分为2～〈7和7～12岁组，用不同方法治疗和功能锻炼。结果32例开口型、张口度恢复正常，无关节强直、开牙合。结论儿童髁突骨折应分年龄段积极治疗，3个月内积极被动锻炼、随访，防止关节强直发生。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate short term effect of nor-surgical management of mandibular condyle frature in children. METHODS 32 cases of pedicatric condylar fracures were divided into two groups through age distribution. 2-- 6 ewaployed and followed up for 6 months. 8 cases in both grups accompanied with ehinfractures were restored by internal fixtation or stainless steel wiring. In group A,exercise of month opening 3--4 times a day were mentered by the physicion or patienCs parents lasted for 3 months. In group B, cas under went inter maxillary elastic traction for 1 week,then prac- ticed open month exercise for 3 months. RESULTS Month opening and ocdusion were all recovered in two groups. No to age variety of children, all recovered in two groups. CONCLUSIONS Early funcitioned exercise within three months since injury and followed up are recommened to avoid the occurrence of ankylosis. Follow-up observation in a consider able period are necessary.
