中医药治疗恶性肿瘤临床效果分析

TCM prevention and treatment of malignant tumor

目的探析中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的效果。方法选择我院以及外院2011-01-2014—12治疗的70例恶性肿瘤患者，分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予单纯化疗，观察组组给予化疗＋香砂六君子汤。对比、观察两组患者的生活质量与胃肠道症状。结果观察组患者的胃肠道反应改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。观察组患者的生存质量改善率为85．71％，对照组为48．57％，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论中医药治疗恶性肿瘤具备良好的临床应用价值，可推广使用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of TCM prevention and treatment of malignant tumor. METHODS Our hospital and the outer court between January 2011 and December 2011, for the treatment of 70 cases of malignant tumor patients, divided into two groups, a group of given chemotherapy alone, another group to chemotherapy q- amo- mum 6 gentleman soup, contrast and observe the patient＇s quality of life and gastrointestinal symptoms in both groups. RESULTS The group of patients with gastrointestinal reaction was observed obviously better than control group, signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients quality improvement is a 85.71% chance of survival, the con- trol group was 48.57G, the difference significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION TCM prevention and treatment of malig- nant tumor with good clinical application value of use which can be promoted.
