联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术二例围手术期护理

目的探讨2例行联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术（associatingliverpartitionandportalveinliga—tionforstagedhepatectomy，ALPPS）的肝癌患者围手术期护理。方法回顾分析吉林大学第一医院2例行ALPPS患者的围手术期护理资料，包括对患者的术前心理护理、术前护理评估、术前准备，术后常规护理、引流管护理、营养支持、术后早起康复锻炼和肝功能恢复的观察，实施有效的护理措施。结果2例患者均未发生护理并发症，顺利出院。结论对ALPPS患者进行充分的围手术期护理是保证手术成功的关键。

OBJECTIVE To study the 2 combined liver is broken and portal vein ligation （ALPPS） the second step of liver resection of liver cancer patients perioperative nursing. METHODS Retrospective analysis of our hospital 2 AL- PPS perioperative nursing in patients with data, including the evaluation of patients with preoperative psychological nurs- ing, preoperative nursing, preoperative preparation and postoperative routine nursing care, drainage tube nursing, nutri- tional support, early postoperative rehabilitation exercise, liver function recovery of observation, carry out effective nurs- ing measures. RESULTS Two cases were nursing complications occurred, smoothly discharged from hospital. CONCLU- SION In patients with ALPPS adequately perioperative nursing is the key of successful operation.
