肿瘤PICC置管患者PICC知识掌握情况和需求状况调查分析

Cancer patients with PICC catheter PICC knowledge and demand condition investigation and analysis

目的探究肿瘤PICC置管患者PICC知识的掌握及需求情况。方法选取我院收治的PICC置管患者60例作为调查对象，对其PICC知识的掌握及需求情况进行调查分析。结果调查对象对PICC置管知识的了解较少，需求比较有代表性，集中在药物使用情况、迫于拔管的原因、日常护理措施、PICC并发症和PICC优缺点等几个方面，且不同职业、不同文化程度PICC置管知识掌握情况之间差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论针对目前肿瘤患者PICC置管知识掌握程度较低的情况，应积极开展PICC基本知识和健康知识教育，提高PICC置管知识掌握程度，以便满足肿瘤患者对PICC置管知识的需求。

OBJECTIVE To explore tumor control and demands of PICC PICC knowledge of the patient. METH- ODS 60 patients with PICC catheter of our hospital, as a research object, the mastery of the knowledge of PICC and de- mand situation were investigated. RESULTS The respondents understanding of PICC catheter knowledge is less, de- mand is more representative, focused on the drug usage, under the reason of tube drawing, daily nursing measures, PICC complications from several aspects, such as PICC, advantages and disadvantages and different occupations, different cul- tural degree of PICC catheter knowledge is significant differences between （P^0.05）, with statistical significance. CON- CLUSION In patients with tumor with low levels of PICC catheter knowledge mastery, PICC should actively carry out basic knowledge and health knowledge education, improve PICC catheter knowledge level, in order to meet the needs of patients with tumor of PICC catheter.
