肿瘤患者治疗间歇期的延伸护理观察

Extension of tumor therapy in patients with intermittent period nursing observation

目的探讨肿瘤患者治疗间歇期中，延伸护理方法的应用效果，为肿瘤患者临床有效护理提供重要依据。方法选取2014-02—2015-03我院收治的肿瘤患者60例，均为治疗间歇期患者。60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组进行常规临床护理，观察组进行系统化的延伸护理，比较两组患者的临床护理有效情况。结果经过两组临床护理，患者临床护理有效率，观察组（96．67％）明显高于对照组（76．67％），Y。-17．032，P〈0．05；患者生活质量满意情况，观察组明显优于对照组，P值均〈0．05。结论在肿瘤患者治疗间歇期给予其系统化的延伸护理，不仅可以明显改善患者临床相关症状，还可以改善患者生活质量，促进患者后期病情恢复。

OBJECTIVE To study the tumor therapy in patients with intermittent period of extended application effect of nursing method for patients with tumors with clinical effective nursing to provide important basis. METHODS February 2014 to March 2015, our hospital 60 patients with tumors of the 60 patients were treated for patients with inter- mittent period, the 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, 30 pa- tients with controlled way, mainly in routine clinical care, observation group of 30 cases of patients, the extension of sys- tematically the main nursing, study compared two groups of patients with clinical care effectively. RESULTS After two groups of clinical nursing, and effective in patients with clinical nursing observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the patients quality of life satisfaction, observation group was better than control group. CONCLUSIONS In patients with tumor treatment for the extension of its systematic nursing during the break. Not only can obviously im- prove patients＇ clinical symptoms, also can improve the patients quality of life, promote the later period patient recovery.
