丹参对大鼠急性心肌缺血作用的数学模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用数学模型将中药丹参的药效学与已知药物的药效学的进行综合对比研究。方法以中药丹参为研究药物,以地尔硫卓(阳性药物),异丙肾上腺素(造模药物),丹参素与丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠构造"四元模型",通过数学模拟得到计算组"四元模型",通过动物实验得到实验组"四元模型",将两组模型的其它成分进行了对比研究。结果两组"四元模型"相关性达到73.58%。在此基础上对复方丹参制剂其它成分进行了对比研究。结论通过数学模型可建立一种新的分析中药药效学的方式,从而更全面的了解中药的特征。 Objective Toanalyze the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on acute myocardial ischemia by estab- lishing a "four-element model". Methods Dihiazem, isoprenaline, tanshinol and sulfotanshinone were selected to make the" four-element model"..The pharmacodynamics of salvia mihiorrhiza were explained bycomparing the data generated from computer simulation with the data from experiments. Results The two models had the same four elements and the correlations between the two models was 73.58%. Conclusion A new way to study the traditional Chinese medicine is established by comparing the pharmaeodynamies of Chinese medicines with fore- gone chemical drugs.
