摘要
目的观察葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及其对血清IL-6和TNF-α的影响。方法糖尿病肾病患者58例随机分为2组,对照组29例,采用ACEI类药物;观察组29例,在对照组基础上加用葛根素注射液。治疗前后检测各组患者血清IL-6和TNF-α水平;尿微量白蛋白水平,并作两者的相关性比较。结果观察组有效率为72.4%,对照组有效率为58.6%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后较治疗前血清IL-6和TNF-α水平显著降低,有统计学差异(P均<0.05),且观察组下降较对照组显著,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前后尿微量白蛋白定量比较,观察组减少幅度高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。血清IL-6和TNF-α水平与24h尿微量白蛋白改变相关系数分别为0.721、0.688。结论葛根素注射液联合常规西药治疗糖尿病肾病有显著疗效,其可能的机制与降低患者血清IL-6和TNF-α水平有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Kekkonen injection on IL-6 and TNF-a in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 58 patients were divided into two groups, control group and therapy group. 29 patients with diabetic nephropathy were treated with Kekkonen injection, and another 29 patients with diabetic nephropathy received routinely treatment as control. The levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in blood and the content of microalbumin （mALB） in urine were tested before and aftertreatment. The correlationship between mALB con- tent and IL-6 or TNF-a level was analyzed. Results The total effective rate in therapy group was much higher than that of control group. After the treatment, the levels of IL-6 ,TNF-a in blood and the content of 24h mALB in urine of the group treated with Kekkonen injection were lower than those of control group. The 24h mALB in urine of therapy group was positively correlated with IL-6 and TNF-a, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 721 and 0. 688, respectively. Conclusion Kekkonen injection Can protect diabetic nephropathy and the mechamism may be related with the decrease of IL-6 and TNF-a levelsof patients.
