摘要
目的探讨超声引导下微波治疗肝癌的实验研究及临床初步应用研究。方法用UMT-I型超声引导凝固治疗仪行猪肝、鸡蛋清离体标本与11条狗肝脏微波凝固实验比较,并给予随机选取2014—01—01—2015-05—30宜昌市第三人民医院10例患者行肝癌治疗。结果动物实验研究结果显示,设定功率在60~80w,凝固时间为60~180S,肝脏可形成直径约为2cm的完全性凝固坏死区,其边缘温度为(62.5±5.6)℃;芯线裸露长度为9或27mm时,凝固性坏死区为水滴状或椭球状,且杆温缓慢升高;10例患者微波治疗肿瘤结节12个,治疗后肿瘤缩小明显,回声减弱,临床效果显著。结论对于肝癌的临床治疗选择,超声引导下微波治疗不失为安全有效的方法之一,值得在临床上推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To study the ultrasound guided microwave treatment of liver cancer research and preliminary clinical application research. METHODS Using UMT line-type I coagulation therapy apparatus guided by ultra- sound liver, eggs in vitro specimens compared with 11 dogs liver microwave coagulation experiment, patients and 10 cases of the treatment of liver cancer. RESULTS Animal experimental results show that a set of power between 60 to 80 W, the coagulation time is 60--180 s, the liver can form a diameter of about 2 cm the completeness of coagulation necrosis ar- ea, its edge temperature (62.5- 5. 6) ~C ; Conductor naked 9 or 27 mm in length, coagulation necrosis area of water droplets or elliptic ball, and temperature rising slowly bar; 12, 10 cases with microwave treatment of tumor nodules tumors shrink significantly after treatment, the echo is abate, clinical effect is remarkable. CONCLUSIONS The clinical treatment options for liver cancer, ultrasound guided by microwave is safe and effective method of treatment, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
