奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨新辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果体会

Oxaliplatin into joint capecitabine neoadjuvant chemotherapy for treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的研究分析奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨新辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2014—03—2015-03收治的100例进展期胃癌患者的病历资料，随机的分为对照组和观察组，对照组中的50例患者应用常规手术治疗，观察组患者在常规手术治疗的基础上应用新辅助化疗方案治疗，对比分析两组进展期胃癌患者的手术治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床疗效和对照组比较，观察组较高，差异有统计学意义，P〈O．05。观察组患者的手术切除率和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义，P〈O．05。观察组患者毒副作用发生率和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论进展期胃癌患者应用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨新辅助化疗治疗，疗效显著，手术切除率高，安全性高，预后改善效果较好，值得临床推广和应用。

OBJECTIVE To study the analysis of the combined capecitabine neoadjuvant chemotherapy oxaliplatin into clinical effect for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. METHODS Retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2014 to March 2015 medical records of 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer, randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group of 50 cases of application of conventional surgery, observation group of pa- tients on the basis of conventional surgery, the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen for comparative analysis of two groups of patients with advanced gastric cancer surgery effect. RESULTS The clinical curative effect of observa- tion group patients compared to control group, the observation group is higher, P^0.05, with statistical significance. The observation group of patients with surgical resection rate and the control group, significantly higher, P^0.05, with statistical significance. Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reaction and the control group, significantly lower, P^0.05, with statistical significance. CONCLUSION Patients with advanced gastric cancer combined capecit- abine oxaliplatin into new adjuvant chemotherapy treatment, curative effect is distinct, resection rate is high, high safety, it is better to improve the prognosis, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
