保留膀胱髂内动脉化疗治疗膀胱癌的临床效果评价

Clinical effect evaluation of the treatment of bladder cancer with internal iliac artery chemotherapy

目的探讨保留膀胱髂内动脉化疗治疗膀胱癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2005—05—01—2010—05—31榆林第二医院泌尿外科治疗的80例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象，把80例患者随机分观察组和对照组，每组40例。给予对照组保留膀胱联合常规灌注治疗，观察组保留膀胱髂内动脉化疗治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果观察组ADL评分、复发率以及死亡率明显优于对照组；观察组治疗期间的不良反应率为45％，对照组为75％，差异有统计学意义，P〈O．05。结论对应行膀胱全切而要求保留膀胱的患者，在膀胱部分切除后实施髂内动脉灌注化疗也一种有效治疗办法，对改善患者生命质量有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To study the retained within the bladder iliac arterial chemotherapy clinical effect for the treatment of patients with bladder cancer. METHODS Our hospital from May 2005 to May 2010 treated 80 cases of blad- der cancer patients as the research object, the 80 patients were randomly assigned to observe group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Give control group retains the bladder with conventional infusion therapy, observation group re- tained within the bladder iliac arterial chemotherapy, compared two groups of clinical effect. RESULTS ADL scores, the recurrence rate and mortality of observation group was obviously better than control group; Observation group during the treatment of the adverse reaction rate was 45%, control group was 75%, the difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, there is statistical significance. CONCLUSION The corresponding row cystectomy in patients with bladder and to retain, after partial resection of bladder implement internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy also an effective treatment, to improve the quality of life of patients is important.
