妊娠合并宫颈癌患者的诊断与治疗分析

Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with cervical cancer patients

目的探析妊娠合并宫颈癌患者的诊断与治疗效果。方法抽取我院2004—06—2014—06治疗的30例妊娠合并宫颈癌患者，回顾性分析患者的临床诊治、特征与预后。结果30例患者中24例存活，治疗有效率为80％，6例患者死亡，死亡率为20％。结论妊娠合并宫颈癌在临床诊治过程中，医务人员需根据患者的实际病情，选择最佳的治疗方式，以提高患者的临床治疗效果与生存率，避免宫颈癌的复发与转移，保障患者生命安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with cervical cancer patients. METH- ODS To extract the hospital in June 2004 to June 2014 treated 30 cases of pregnancy with cervical cancer patients, through a retrospective analysis to the characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis of patients. RE- SULTS Thirty cases of patients in our hospital after treatment, 24 cases survived, treatment effectiveness is 80%, 6 cases of patients died, the mortality rate is 20%. CONCLUSION Pregnancy with cervical cancer in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, medical personnel should be according to the actual condition of patients, select the best treat- ment, in order to improve the clinical therapeutic effect and survival rate, avoid recurrence and metastasis of cervical cancer, to ensure the safety of patients＇ life.
