妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤和子宫肌瘤的诊断及处理

Pregnancy with ovarian tumor and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids

目的分析妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤并口子宫肌瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法选取2014-01-2015—06我院收治的妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤和子宫肌瘤患34例作为研究对象。采用超声检查，根据病情选择合适的治疗方案，观察患者的临床诊断和处理效果。结果34例患者超声检出卵巢肿瘤13例（38．2％），子宫肌瘤18倒（52．9％），误诊和漏诊3例（8．8％），准确率为91．2％。患者保守治疗6例（17．6％），手术治疗28例（82．4％），均治愈出院，没有出现死亡病例。结论妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤和子宫肌瘤危害母婴安全和健康，超声诊断具有较高的-1岳床价值，根据患者的病情采用不同治疗方案能够获得满意效果，有利于预后恢复。

OBJECTIVE To analysis of pregnancy with ovarian tumor and method in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids. METHODS Between January 2014 and June 2015 in our hospital during the period of pregnancy with o- varian tumor and in patients with uterine fibroids, selected 34 cases as the research object. Using ultrasound, according to the condition to choose the appropriate treatment, observe the patient＇s clinical diagnosis and treatment effect. Ultrasonic detection. RESULTS Thirty-four cases of ovarian tumor in 13 cases （38.2 % ）, uterine fibroids, 18 cases （52.9 % ）, misdi- agnosis and missed diagnosis in 3 patients （8.8%）, the accuracy is 91.2%. Conservative treatment of 6 patients with 28 cases （17.6%）, surgery （82.4~）, were cured and discharged, no deaths. CONCLUSION The pregnancy with ovarian tumor and uterine fibroids maternal and infant safety and health hazards, ultrasound diagnosis is of high clinical value, ac- cording to the patient with different treatment can obtain satisfied effect, is advantageous to the prognosis of recovery.
