腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫内膜癌的临床观察

目的探讨在子宫内膜癌患者临床治疗过程中，腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗方法的应用效果，旨在提升子宫内膜癌患者手术治疗有效率。方法选取2014—02—2015—03潍坊市益都中心医院收治的子宫内膜癌患者80例，随机均匀分成两组，对照组患者主要进行常规开腹手术治疗，观察组患者主要进行腹腔镜手术治疗，研究对比两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果经过手术治疗，在患者手术治疗相关指标上，观察组明显优于对照组；在患者手术治疗有效率上，观察组明显高于对照组；术后并发症发生情况，观察组也明显优于对照组。结论子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜手术治疗效果明显优于开腹手术，不仅可以有效改善手术相关指标，还能降低手术治疗风险，提升患者临床治疗有效率。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical treatment of patients with endometrial carcinoma in the process, the application of laparoscopic and open surgery treatment effect, to promote effective surgical operation in treating patients with endometrial carcinoma. METHODS Selecting in February 2014 to March 2015, our hospital 80 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma, evenly divided into two groups at random, control group patients were the main treatment, the conventional laparotomy group mainly in laparoscopic surgery, patients with study compared two groups of patients with surgical treatment effect. RESULTS After two groups of clinical surgery, the surgical treatment for patients with the relevant indicators, the observation group was better than control group, on the surgical treatment for patients with efficient, observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the patients with postoperative complications, observation group is obviously better than the control group. CONCLUSION For patients with endometrial carcinoma, the effect of laparoscopic surgery for treatment effect is superior to laparotomy, not only can effectively improve patient indicators related to the operation, surgical treatment can reduce the risk and improve clinical treatment efficiency.
