个性化护理干预对肺癌术后患者生活质量的影响

Personalized nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer surgery

目的个性化护理干预对肺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取潍坊市益都中心医院2014—06—2015-04收治的肺癌患者i00例，根据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组，每组50例，研究组进行规范化干预护理，对照组进行常规护理，两组均护理4周，比较两组护理前后的社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能和躯体功能等生活质量评分；比较两组的护理满意度及护理依从性、1年生存情况。结果研究组护理后的社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能和躯体功能等生活质量评分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05；研究纽的护理满意度及护理依从性、1年生存情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论肺癌术后患者进行规范化干预护理，可显著改善患者的生活质量，提高生存期，效果确切，值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE Individualized nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer sur- gery. METHODS Select our June 2014 to April 2015 were 100 cases of lung cancer patients, according to random num- ber table method is divided into research group and control group, 50 cases in each group, team standardized intervention nursing, the control group routine nursing care, nursing 4 weeks, the two groups were compared in the two groups before and after the nursing of social function, emotional function, role function, physical function and so on quality of life score; Comparison of two groups of nursing satisfaction and compliance, 1 year survival conditions. RESULTS The team of nursing after the social function, emotional function, role function, physical function and the quality of life score signif- icantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P^0.05）; Team nursing satisfaction and compliance, 1 year survival was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P~ 0.05）. CONCLUSION Postoperative lung cancer patients with standardized intervention care, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, improve survival, the exact effect, worth clinical promotion.
