舒适护理在肝癌晚期患者临终护理中的应用研究

Application of comfort nursing in patients with advanced liver cancer

目的研究舒适护理在肝癌晚期患者临终护理中的应用效果。方法将广饶县中医院2014—02—2015—01收治的肝癌晚期患者中随机抽取44例作为本次研究对象，分为研究组与对照组，每组22例。对照组给予患者采用常规的护理方法，研究组则采用舒适护理方法对患者进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果经过不同护理方法治疗过后，研究组所使用的舒适护理方法总体满意度为95．45％，明显优于对照组的72．73％，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论采用的舒适护理，不仅可以有效提升肝癌晚期患者临终时的生活水平，还可以提高其家属对护理的满意程度，值得临床推广应鼠，

OBJECTIVE To study the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with advanced stage of liver cancer. METHODS From February 2014 to January 2015, 44 patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly selected as the research object, divided into study group and control group, 22 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received comfort nursing method to treat patients, compared the clinical effi- cacy of the two groups. RESULTS After the treatment of different nursing methods, the comfort nursing method used in the research group was 95.45%, significantly better than the overall satisfaction rate of 72. 73% of the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. CONCLUSION The comfort care in this paper can not only improve the living standards of patients with advanced liver cancer, but also can improve the satisfac- tion degree of nursing care.
