ICU肿瘤重症患者应用营养支持疗法治疗的护理观察

Effect of nutritional support on the treatment of ICU tumor patients with severe cancer

目的探讨ICU肿瘤重症患者应用营养支持疗法治疗的护理效果。方法选择2014—03—2015—03我院ICU重症病房接受治疗的44例肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规吸氧、抗感染及纠酸等治疗措施，观察组在对照组基础上营养支持疗法治疗。观察两组患者护理效果及临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90．91％，对照组治疗总有效率为77．27％，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论针对ICU肿瘤重症患者应用营养支持疗法疗效较好，有利于患者生存、康复，安全有效，值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of nutritional support in the treatment of patients with severe ICU tumor. METHODS 44 patients with ICU in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conventional oxygen inhalation, anti infection and acid treatment. To ：observe the nursing effect and clinical effect of the two groups of patients. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, the total effective rate was 77.27% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLU- SIONS For the patients with ICU tumor, the treatment effect is good, and it is beneficial to the survival and recovery of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
