摘要
目的 :用生物学短期测试方法评价香烟烟雾的致畸性。方法 :分别从香烟烟雾中提取水溶性和脂溶性物质 ,观察它们对水螅成体的毒性和对胃区体再生的抑制作用 ,用Wilby评分方法计算出对成体的中效毒性浓度 (T50 )和对胃区体再生抑制的中效浓度 (I50 ) ,根据T50 /I50 比值判断香烟烟雾水溶性和脂溶性提取物的致畸性。结果 :香烟烟雾水溶性和脂溶性提取物的T50 分别为 15 9.1mg/L和 2 9.8mg/L ,I50 分别为 14.5mg/L和 3.8mg/L ,T50 /I50 比值分别为 10 97和 7.84。香烟烟雾的水溶性与脂溶性提取物均有明显的致畸作用。
Purpose: The teratogenic potential of cigarette smoke was evaluated by using the short term biological assay. Methods: The adults and regenerators of Hydra were exposed respectively to water-soluble and fat-soluble extracts of cigarette smoke. According to Wilby's score method, median toxic concentration (T-{50}) in adults and median inhibition concentration (I-{50}) in regenerators of the extracts were calculated. On the basis of T-{50} to I-{50} ratios, the teratogenicity was judged. Results: T-{50} and I-{50} of the water-soluble and fat-soluble extracts 159.1 mg/L, 29.8 mg/L and 14.5 mg/L, 3.8 mg/L, and T-{50} to I-{50} ratios were 10.97 and 7.84, respectively. Conclusion: The water-soluble and fat-soluble extracts of cigarette smoke showed teratogenesis in the Hydra regeneration assay.
