2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化与血清铁蛋白的相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者动脉粥样硬化(AS)与血清铁蛋白(SF)的相关因素分析。方法:根据彩色多普勒超声仪测量动脉内膜厚度及有无斑块形成的结果,将150例T2DM患者分为T2DM伴AS组(A组,n=87)和T2DM不伴AS组(B组,n=63);对每例患者抽取清晨空腹外周静脉血检测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG 2h)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、C肽、尿酸、SF,并进行相关分析及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:A组SF含量较B组高(P=0.036)。SF与FPG及HbA1c呈正相关关系(r=0.183,P<0.05;r=0.224,P<0.01)。SF与性别、病程呈负相关关系(r=-2.66,P<0.01;r=-2.57,P<0.01)。年龄、SF是T2DM患者AS的独立危险因素(OR值=1.068、1.01,均P<0.05)。结论:SF升高是T2DM患者AS的独立危险因素。
