当代高等中医院校青年教师有科研能力强、具有创新精神、热爱教学工作、积极上进等特点;但也存在阅读中医经典不多,中医临床训练不够,中国传统文化和中医文化底蕴不足等问题;亟需采取积极有效的选拔培养措施加以解决。可以从精修熟读中医经典、勤练中医临床基本功、修炼中国传统和中医文化入手,打造出既掌握现代科学知识与技能,又具有丰厚中医经典底蕴、过硬中医临床功底、良好中医文化修养的新一代优秀中医教师。

Young teachers of contemporary of Chinese medicine possess strong scientiifc research ability, with innovative spirit, passion for teaching, and positive progress, etc. However, problems of lacking classic literatures browsing, clinical training, the Chinese traditional culture and the cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine still exist, which is in urgent need of being solved through efficient methods of selection and education. Started from meticulous reading of classic literatures of Chinese medicine, endeavor practice of TCM clinical basic skills, forging Chinese traditions and culture of traditional Chinese medicine, it would be achievable to bring up a new generation of outstanding TCM teachers with modern knowledge and technologies, as well as sufficient TCM classics, strengthened TCM clinical skills and heritage of excellent TCM cultural merits.
