摘要
目的探索机能循环系统综合实验中的部分技术改进,从而有利于提高学生掌握实验技术要领,使实验手术操作时间缩短,从而保证实验的顺利进行。方法改进或替换实验中传统的动物呼吸测量、尿量测定、肠系膜微循环观察的记录方法及设备装置。结果技术改进大大缩短了家兔的手术操作时间,为成功复制家兔动物模型及指标的观察创造了有利条件。结论通过方法的改进,为后续的实验的观察及分析排除了手术因素的干扰,从而使学生能够理解正常(生理)到异常(病理生理)以及治疗(药理)后的机体功能代谢变化的完整过程,为进入临床实践奠定实验基础。
Objective To improve the technical in the circulatory system comprehensive experiments, which would be helpful to students master the experimental techniques.Methods Improve or replace the apartus for detecting breath, urine and microcirculation in animal experiments. ResultsThe technical improvements shortened the operating time and created a favorable condition to observe indicators in animal models. ConclusionThe improvement excluded the interference of the operation and helped the student to understand the process from normal （physiology） to abnormal （pathophysiology） changes before or after metabolic treatment （pharmacology）.
