病毒性心肌炎患儿血清脂联素水平变化及其与细胞因子IL-6、IL-8之间的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 脂联素(Adiponectin,ADP)具有抗炎、抗动脉硬化、抗糖尿病、胰岛素增敏等功能。目前对于脂联素与心血管疾病之间的研究逐渐成为热点,如冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压等。而脂联素与IL-6、IL-8在病毒性心肌炎中的相关性的研究少见报道,本研究意在对病毒性心肌炎患儿血清脂联素、IL-6及IL-8含量的变化及其相关性的研究以探讨其作用及临床意义。
