提升地调220kV输电线路故障处理效率的关键技术探析

摘要 文章针对地区电网220 k V输电线路故障发生后的运行线路严重过载问题,探析了提升地区调度处理效果及速度的关键技术,提出了故障自动处置系统,将调度规程中的相应故障处理定性原则定量化,自动生成故障处置方案并快速执行到位,可以在规定的短时间内消除线路过载,提升地调故障处置能力及自动化水平,保障地区电网安全。 This paper studies the transmission line overloading problem caused by 220 kV line fault in district power grid and the key technologies of solving the problem more efficiently for district power dispatching center.An automatic transmission line fault processing system is proposed based on quantification of fault processing rules.The system automatically generates a fault processing scheme and implements it immediately after a transmission line overloading problem is detected.The system can solve the overloading problem in a limited time and improve the fault processing capabilities of district power dispatching center.
